Derek Godfrey is a professional architect with extensive expertise in architectural design, construction management, and real estate investment.
He earned his Associate’s Degree in Architecture from New York City Technical College, followed by a Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology, where he also studied and worked abroad in Italy, Austria, Spain, and Switzerland. He later completed a Certificate in Construction Management from the New York City College of Technology.
Throughout his career, Derek has successfully led a wide range of architectural projects, serving as both a Project Manager and Job Captain at several respected firms across New York City. His hands-on leadership and technical expertise have enabled him to oversee projects from concept through completion while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
In addition to his architectural accomplishments, Derek has built a successful career as a real estate investor, developing a diverse portfolio of investment properties throughout the United States and the Caribbean. His unique combination of design expertise, construction knowledge, and investment experience provides a well-rounded perspective on creating high-value real estate opportunities.
